Youth Escort Policy

We welcome all youths to Bridge Street Town Centre. The Youth Escort Policy requires that after 8:00PM daily, all youths age 18 and under be accompanied by a parent or guardian, 21 years old or older. After the retail stores close, no one may be permitted to loiter or congregate at length in large groups in the common areas. Rather, we welcome guests of all ages to enjoy our theatre, entertainment, and restaurants, as each venue’s policy permits.

How will you identify children age 18 and under? In order to enforce our policy, we ask guests to carry a photo ID with proof of age.

What if the individual is unable to provide appropriate identification? The individual will be asked to leave the property until they can return with appropriate ID.

How is the policy enforced? If it is determined that an individual or group 18 years old and under and is unaccompanied by an adult after 8:00 PM, they will be given the opportunity to leave the common areas or be escorted to the Youth Waiting Area located on the North side of the property. If youths are found waiting longer than 30 minutes in the Waiting Area, they will be banned from the property. If a group of any age is loitering after the close of the retail stores, they also will be given the opportunity to leave the common areas.

What does it mean if an individual is banned? This means that the individual is barred from the property for 6 months via issuance of a trespass warning from Huntsville Police Department. If it is determined that a banned individual has returned to the property prior to the expiration of the 6-month time period, that individual will be arrested for trespassing and taken from the property by Huntsville Police Department.

Is the policy "one child to one adult?" No. One adult age 21 or over can be responsible for his or her children or up to three youths. The youths must stay with the adult.

What if I want to go to a movie after 8:00 PM? You may attend a movie but you must remain in the theatre before the movie begins and leave the common areas after you exit the theatre. If the theatre will not allow you to wait before or remain after the movie you must leave the common areas.

What if I work in the center? You may travel to and from your place of employment but you may not remain in the common area.
